Contemporary Public Policies to Strengthen Family Farming in the International Perspective: A Bibliometric Study

Family farming produces most of the fresh food consumed in large urban centers. However, its success depends on a variety public policies, which range from strengthening means production to supporting marketing channels. In this article, we conduct careful bibliometric analysis studies international literature that address “family farming, and socioeconomic development”. The aim study is identify classify policies aimed at family development. We carried out systematic review considering five scientific journal databases using pairs keywords “public policies”, farming” “socioeconomic resulting sample was total 625 articles, covering period between 1984 2020.
